  • Dear St. Anne Market Merchant:

    The St. Anne Catholic Community is pleased to have you participate in the St. Anne Market being held Saturday, November 7 through Sunday, November 8, 2026. The St. Anne Market will be a fundraiser for the St. Anne Catholic Community and an event to help support and renew the strong sense of community essential to our parish.

    • WHERE: St. Anne Market will be held inside the Parish Center of the St. Anne Catholic Community, 2140 Westheimer Rd (at Westheimer and Shepherd), Houston, TX 77098.                                                                                                     
    • WHEN: 2:00pm-7:00pm on Saturday, November 7 and 8:30am-5:00pm on Sunday, November 8. Setup will be available for merchants from 11:00am-1:30pm on Saturday and 7:00am-8:00am on Sunday.

    Please follow contract instructions carefully and complete all forms in their entirety.

    Deadline for receipt of completed documents AND payment is Friday, June 26, 2026.

    Incomplete forms cannot be accepted.

    For confirmed registration the following items must be completed and returned promptly:

    • Completed Official Merchant Contract signed and Merchant Policies and Regulations initialed as indicated.
    • Completed and Signed Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement.
    • Payment for booth space in full.
    • State and Local Sales & Use Tax Certificate & Food Permit (if applicable)

    Contracts become the property of the St. Anne Market.

            • HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

            • I, the Undersigned, binding my heirs, executors, administrators, estate and assigns, do hereby agree to completely and wholly release, indemnify and hold harmless the St. Anne Market, St. Anne Catholic Community, Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, its officers, agents, independent contractors, employees, and volunteers for any and all claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including death, property damage, lawsuits and judgments, including court costs, expenses and reasonable attorney fees, and all other expenses resulting from the activities, programs, and events occurring November 7-8, 2026 at the St. Anne Market in Houston, Texas.

              It is the understanding of all parties that this release, indemnity, and hold harmless agreement shall apply whether or not the claims, damages, harm, personal injury, including deaths, property damage, lawsuits, judgments, court costs, attorney's fees or any other expense arise from the negligence of whatever nature, omissions, willful or intentional acts of the vendors or vendor's officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, other representatives, invites, licensees, or guests.

              If this merchant is other than an individual, merchant certifies, warrants and represents that the individual whose signature appears below is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the firm, corporation, partnership or other entity who is the merchant.
