Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory Participation Agreement. By submitting this application, I certify that the information provided is accurate and that I am representing my business, credentials, certifications, licenses (if applicable), and services honestly. I understand that inclusion in the Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory is subject to approval by Arthur Wellness and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of my services. I agree to conduct my business professionally, ethically, and respectfully while supporting the directory's mission of collaboration over competition. I grant Arthur Wellness permission to display and promote my business information, including my business name, logo, website, social media links, and other submitted content, within the directory and related marketing materials. I understand that Arthur Wellness reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove my listing if I provide false or misleading information, misrepresent my qualifications, engage in illegal or unethical business practices, or if my business no longer aligns with the mission and values of the Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory. I have read and agree to the Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory Participation Agreement.

Privacy, Security & Communication. Your privacy is important to Arthur Wellness. Any information you provide will be used solely to create and manage your Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory listing and to communicate with you about directory updates, networking opportunities, collaborations, events, or other relevant business communications.Arthur Wellness will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.If I receive an inquiry from an individual or organization that I believe may benefit your business, I will personally contact you first before sharing any non-public contact information, unless you have given permission or that information is already publicly available through your directory listing.To protect both you and the integrity of the directory, no individual, business, volunteer, or organization is authorized to represent Arthur Wellness or the Raleigh Holistic Wellness Directory unless I have personally introduced them to you or clearly communicated their role in advance. If anyone claims to represent Arthur Wellness, requests payment, solicits personal information, or contacts you on behalf of the directory without prior communication from me, please verify the request directly with me before responding.Arthur Wellness will never ask for your passwords, banking information, credit card details, or other sensitive financial information through social media messages, text messages, or unsolicited emails.
