In-kind School Supply Donation Form

Students attending the Back2School Block Party will receive a book bag filled with basic school supplies. The items listed below are additional supplies needed to help students begin the school year prepared and confident.

Companies, organizations, churches, civic groups, and individuals are invited to help provide supplies for students from preschool through high school.

To pledge a donation, please complete the form below so we can organize inventory, plan accordingly, and properly acknowledge your generous support.

All donated items should be delivered to Saluda Trail Middle School on Friday, July 24, 2026, during normal business hours.

If you need to arrange delivery for another day or time, please call 803-524-5671.

If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to fulfill your pledge, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email so we have time to secure alternate sources for those items.
