ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Every Person Must Read and Understand this Waiver Before signing it. The following waiver of all claims, release from all liability, assumption of all risks, agreement not to sue and other terms of this agreement are entered into by me (the Participant) with and for the benefit of the Beaverlodge & District Agricultural Society, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, business operators, agents
and site property owners or lessees (collectively the "Host"). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, "Equine Activities" includes but is not limited to Horse Training and Riding Instructions.
Commercial 2 million in Liability insurance is recommended for all Alberta Ag Societies. The Beaverlodge Ag Society will also offer a waiver option to our members, who are unable to provide proof of insurance. This waiver, and will need to be signed annually before arena use is approved.
I AGREE TO Each Item below after Reading and Understanding each item:
I acknowledge that the Beaverlodge Ag Society/Arena normally requires all
Professional trainers, Coaches to carry $2 million dollars of Commercial Liability Insurance.
I however confirm that I do not currently carry Commercial Liability in the amount of
$2 million, and request permission to conduct training or instruction on the Beaverlodge Ag Society premises and inside indoor riding arena the without such insurance.
I understand and acknowledge equine activities involve inherent risks, and horses are
unpredictable.
I voluntarily assume liability for any claims, injuries, damages or losses arising from
my instruction or training activities.
