Event Schedule
Friday, November 20:
- VIP Shopping Party: 4 PM - 9 PM
- 21+
Saturday, November 21:
- Early Access: 9 AM - 12 PM
- General Admission: 12 PM - 5 PM
- All guests require tickets.
Application Deadline: April 1, 2026

Maker Notification: All makers will be notified by May 1, 2026

Payment Deadline: June 1, 2026

Application Guidelines

Eligibility:
- Open only to Ohio-based handmade vendors aged 21 or older.
- Direct sales companies are not eligible.
Application Fee:
- $10 nonrefundable fee, which does not guarantee selection.
Booth Fee:
- Booth sizes available
  - 8ft Table
  - 8x8ft Booth
  - 10x10ft Booth
  - 10x10ft Corner Booth
  - 4x20ft Booth
  - *Please note event layout changes due to the hotel opening.
- Booth fees range from $360 to $510, depending on booth size.
- Includes a required Ohio Made product valued at $20 for the Ohio Made Charity Raffle.
- Additional fees apply for tables and electricity.
- One maker per booth.
Inventory Expectations:
Vendors must have adequate stock for the entire event.

Exclusivity Agreement:
- Makers selected for the Ohio Made Holiday Market must not participate in any other shows within 60 miles of Columbus from November 14-22, 2026.
- Violation of this exclusivity policy results in a 50% booth fee refund and disqualification from future events.
Critical Photo Submission Requirements
- Applications must include clear, high-quality booth and individual product photos.
- Failure to provide these at the time of application results in automatic disqualification.
- Emailed photo submissions are not accepted.
Post-Acceptance Expectations
- Regular and increasing social media promotion as the event approaches.
- Monthly market-related posts tagging @OhioMadeEvents and using the designated hashtags.
- Engagement with Ohio Made’s social media posts.
