There is no charge for nonprofit or community organizations to participate in this event. Please note that all community and corporate partners must provide their own table (6-8ft), chair(s), table coverings and applicable handouts and giveaways. Solicitation of donations and sales of any kind are not permitted without prior approval.

Commercial and home-based businesses, please request a sponsorship form. Solicitation or sales are not permitted at the event without prior approval.

The Heart2Heart Foundation is committed to creating a healthy environment for those who attend our programs and events. To reinforce this commitment, we have adopted the healthy meeting guidelines developed by the National Alliance for Nutrition and Activity (NANA). These guidelines include offering water and other no-calorie beverages, serving nutritious snacks, providing physical activity breaks for meetings lasting longer than one hour, considering sustainability whenever possible, minimizing sugary treats, and ensuring meetings are held in smoke-free facilities. Creating a culture of health at our meetings and events is an important way to help set a positive example in our community and state. This will apply to the vendor and volunteer hospitality area
