Before you head out, please take a moment to read and agree to the terms below. 

1. Participation 

Testing is free of charge with a valid test card. 
All equipment is used at your own risk. 
Please treat all equipment with care so everyone can enjoy it. 
You must be 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 

2. Equipment Use

All equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition. 
Any damage caused during your session is the responsibility of the rider. 

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability 

Foiling and water sports involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. By participating, you accept these risks and agree that Armstrong is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, except where required by law. 

4. Media Consent 

You agree that photos and videos captured during the demo may be used by Armstrong for marketing and promotional purposes. 

5. Medical

You consent to emergency medical treatment if required and accept responsibility for any associated costs.
