Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Hidden Bee
Farm Pumpkin Patch event. This agreement outlines the terms,
conditions, and responsibilities of your participation. Completion of
this application does not automatically guarantee a vendor spot; all applications are subject to approval by Hidden Bee Farm.

 

Event Dates: September 18th - October 31 - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.

 

Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by August 1, 2026.

 

Vendor Fee: 

The vendor fee is set at $50 daily, with a compulsory participation for the entire day that you signed up for, vendor fee's are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Booth Display Guidelines 🎃

To create a welcoming and cohesive pumpkin patch experience for our guests, we ask all vendors to follow a few simple display guidelines:

Please use orange, black, or brown pop-up tents (if using a tent)
Use orange, black, or brown table coverings (no bare tables)
Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
Limit visible storage items (boxes, bins, etc.)
Ensure signage is clear and easy to read
Our goal is to create an inviting environment that encourages guests to shop and spend time at each booth—this benefits everyone!

Vendors are obligated to remain for the entirety of the days they have selected to participate. 

Setup:

9am - 10am Saturday through Sunday

Morning Vendors are coffee trucks

12pm-1pm Saturday through Sunday

Afternoon/Evening vendors are food trucks

Breakdown:

12pm-1pm- Saturday for coffee trucks

6-7pm Saturday for food trucks

12pm-1pm- Sunday for coffee trucks

4-5pm- Sunday for food trucks

Please note, for safety reasons, pets are strictly prohibited on the farm premises.

Hidden Bee Farm is not responsible for the security, safety, customer satisfaction, or the level of attendance at the event. External factors, such as weather conditions, may impact the number of attendees.

Photo Release: By participating, you consent to Hidden Bee Farm capturing and utilizing photographs, video recordings, or digital images of your likeness, voice, and sounds during the event.

Health and Safety Requirements: Food truck vendors must comply with all Health Department Regulations, which includes ensuring your food truck is properly enclosed and adhering to the specific food service guidelines for outdoor events.

Hidden Bee Farm reserves the right to refuse or exclude any vendor or proposed setup that does not meet its standards, ensuring that only approved content and conduct are present. This includes control over individuals, materials, actions, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs, and all other factors that affect the event.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hidden Bee Farm, its affiliates, officers, directors, and volunteers from any damage, injury, or loss to property or persons caused by the vendor, their agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendors also commit to participating for the entire duration of the days selected for the event. Please be advised that all vendor and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
