NOTE: We understand that sometimes Guests drop out (or in!) at the last minute. And that's fine. We are just seeking to get a rough idea of expected numbers to help us know how many to cater for with food and drink, how to best set up the room, and roughly how many books we'll need. So you don't need to worry if you are not absolutely sure whether your Guest is coming or not; please just fill in this form once you've asked them and you got some sort of positive response.
