By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Part‑Time Operation
All custom itens are created and fulfilled by a single independent maker operating on a part‑time basis. This means production times may vary depending on current workload, order volume, and material availability. I always aim to complete each order as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality.
2. Processing & Production Time
Each item is made to order. Because designs are customized, production cannot begin until all details are confirmed and payment has been received. Estimated creation times may vary and are not guaranteed. You will be updated throughout the process if any delays occur.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times depend on the courier and destination. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is outside of my control. Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow additional time during busy seasons or unexpected delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before production begins. After submitting your order form, please send me a direct message (DM) to confirm your design details and receive payment instructions. Orders will not be started until payment is fully processed.
5. Custom Designs
All designs are created based on the information you provide. Please double‑check spelling, codours, and design requests before confirming your order. I am not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each hoodie is custom‑made, refunds or cancellations are not available once production has started. If you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.
7. Agreement
