Back Stage Helpers Responsibilities
Check In Responsibilities (must remain at the check in table the full scheduled time-listed below):
- Check in each student as they arrive
- Have the Runners take the student to their seats (using the seating map to help) to get into their costumes
- No parents are allowed past the check in area unless they are parent helpers with a name tag
Runners Responsibilities (can be an older dancer):
- Take students to their seats (using seating map)
- Take the student's seating tag once they are with their class
