Boutique Vendor Registration: Winter Magic Event

Friends of Castaic Lake is proud to host our 31st Annual Winter Magic event, a beloved community tradition that brings over 750 guests together each year for a festive evening at the lake. This year, we are excited to expand the experience by introducing our Holiday Marketplace, featuring a curated selection of handmade goods, unique gifts, and talented artisans. We look forward to creating a magical and memorable event for both our vendors and guests.

Vendor spaces are limited to boutique, craft, artisan, and retail merchandise booths only. While food and beverages will be available at the event through authorized event concessions, outside food and beverage vendor booths will not be permitted as part of the Holiday Marketplace.

I understand that there is a $50 registration fee to participate in the Winter Magic Holiday Boutique.

We will review your application and respond to your request. If approved, you will receive a payment link to secure your vendor space. Payment is due within one week of notification. If payment is not received within one week, your spot may be released to another applicant. If we are at capacity, you will be placed on our waitlist and contacted if space becomes available. Vendors who cancel by November 19, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of their deposit. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Insurance Requirements: To help ensure a safe event for everyone, all vendors are required to carry general liability insurance.Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Friends of Castaic Lake as an Additional Insured for the event. Vendors must confirm that they will provide the required Certificate of Insurance naming Friends of Castaic Lake as an Additional Insured. Vendors who do not provide the required Certificate of Insurance may forfeit their booth space.
