APPLICATION PROCESS
Eligibility Criteria
· Must be a registered business operating in Townsville
· Must have a proven track record of exceptional commitment to employee welfare and development
· Must be a financial member of the Townsville Chamber of Commerce
Nomination
· Businesses can self-nominate or be nominated by employees, business partners, or other stakeholders
· Complete the nomination form with all required details
Supporting Documentation
· Provide a company profile detailing the history, mission, and core values of the business
· Include testimonials from employees about their experiences working at the company
· Submit any relevant documents or media showcasing the company’s initiatives and achievements in employee development and well-being
Application Form
· Fill out the application form completely and accurately. Incomplete applications will not be considered
Deadline
· All applications must be received by 10am, Friday 22nd May 2026. Late applications will not be considered
Selection Process
· A panel of judges from the Townsville Chamber of Commerce membership will review all applications
· Shortlisted companies may be contacted for additional information
· Finalists will be announced at an event on 24th June 2026
· The winner will be announced at the annual awards ceremony Friday 24th July 2026
