American Institute of Bisexuality and IASR 2026 Travel Grant Application

Submit your materials by the April 15, 2026 deadline
The American Institute of Bisexuality (AIB) has generously sponsored 6 travel grants to support researchers attending our meeting in Porto, Portugal from July 13-16, 2026!

These grants will support researchers whose work aims to improve the lives of people who identify as bisexual+. Each $500 award will help offset costs such as registration, accommodations, airfare, or other travel expenses.

This year’s travel grants are open to those who have submitted an oral or poster abstract for presentation at the meeting. You will be asked to provide a brief (i.e., maximum of 200 words) statement about how the research that you hope to present at IASR relates to bisexuality.

Applications are welcome from people at any career stage and from any country. Please note that these travel grants are meant to assist people who are receiving less than 50% of the cost to travel to IASR from other funding sources.

All travel grant funding will be provided via reimbursement of covered expenses via PayPal after the conference takes place.
