    Monday 21st December, 18:30. Touch Tour taking place prior to show at 17:00, please let us know upon booking if you would be interested in this.

    We will be having a pre-show meal beforehand, this will be booked once we have finalised numbers. If there is anywhere nearby you would recommend please do let us know and we can look into this as an option.

    MACS is pleased to be able to offer this event for free.
    To make our events as affordable as possible to everyone, if you fail to attend without giving sufficient reason or notice, we reserve the right to either ask you to pay a proportion of your cost if your space cannot be filled, or charge you to attend the same or similar event next time. This may mean we require payment up front for any future events.

    MACS Chesterfield Panto is back for 2026 and bigger than ever! We are expecting this to fill up fast so sign up now to avoid disappointment.

    We know it's quite early to open up bookings but we have reserved our seats early this year to ensure we get the best seats. We also anticipate this will be a popular show.

    Join us this December to come together and watch the fantastic Beauty and the Beast!

    Whilst we are delighted to be able to offer free tickets to our members and their families. We must note any cancellations with less than 28 days notice of the show taking place, unless in special circumstances, will be charged at 100% of the costs paid by MACS.  

    The panto will be audio described with a touch tour taking place prior. If you would like to be booked on the touch tour please do let us know upon booking enquiries@macs.org.uk.

    If spaces are full priority will be given to the MACS person and their immediate family. While we understand many of you wish to involve grandparents, friends and wider family members, they will be added on to our waiting list.

    If you have given your permission we will also be contacting you on Whatsapp. If this is your first event, please do not be worried about coming along to join us. You will be well supported by MACS staff and volunteers who will look after you and introduce you to other MACS members. We will do everything we can to make sure you feel comfortable and included.

    By registering for this event, you, as the Lead Booker, agree to the following:

    Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate details for yourself and your group. Also, for ensuring accurate emergency contact details for group members. Should any of the details given change before the date of the event, you will inform the MACS team.

    Group Members' Consent: You confirm obtaining consent from all group members to provide their information for registration.

    Communication: You must relay event information to your group; organisers will primarily communicate with the Lead Booker.

    Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 28 days notice will be charged at 100% of the costs paid by MACS. A full breakdown of the costs payable can be provided to you before making the decision to cancel or upon request at time of booking. In special circumstances, we may be able to aleviate the cost of cancellation, but would review this on a case-by-case basis. The Lead Booker is responsible for individual refunds or cancellations.

    Responsibilities: As the Lead Booker, you agree that each individual, where applicable, is in agreement with these terms and has read and understood all associated policies, which can be found here. You are responsible for each member of your group. While MACS staff will do everything we can to make this event as safe and accessible as possible, we expect parents and guardians to take full responsibility for any children, young people and vulnerable adults. 

    Liability and Conduct: The Lead Booker is responsible for the behavior and adherence to event rules for the entire group. Violations may lead to removal without refund.

    Feedback: You agree to provide feedback to MACS if requested.
