Join us for a powerful conversation centered on the realities of BIPOC leadership in the nonprofit sector.

Adriana Abizadeh-Barbour, M.S. will share insights on effective advocacy and explore what meaningful collaboration among BIPOC nonprofit leaders can look like in practice—highlighting strategies for collective action and shared impact.

Dr. Anniesha Walker will guide a discussion on burnout, navigating daily organizational demands, and the emotional weight many leaders carry in today’s environment. Together, we will reflect on:

How do we process and respond to burnout, frustration, and anger?
What are the health implications of suppressing these experiences?

Let’s come together to name these realities, build collective power, and reimagine a more equitable and supportive nonprofit landscape.
