TCPP does not use your data for marketing, tracking, or any purpose beyond supporting a safe, inclusive, and well‑governed community.

TCPP Membership Agreement

• Photo & Video Use Consent

I understand that TCPP may take photograph(s) and video(s) at public events for community visibility, public relations, and promotion of future events. I acknowledge that I will be given the opportunity to indicate whether I authorize the use of my image for these purposes. An announcement will be made at the time photo(s) or video(s) are taken, and I have the right to decline participation or request not to be included. Image(s) used will always be appropriate for the venue and context in which they are displayed.

• Liability & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in TCPP events, meetups, and activities may involve physical, social, or environmental risks. I agree that TCPP, its leadership, and event hosts are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during participation, except where prohibited by law.

• Code of Conduct Compliance

I agree to follow TCPP’s Code of Conduct, event rules, and all applicable laws. I understand that violations may result in suspension or revocation of membership as outlined in the bylaws and ammendments.

• Membership Non‑Transferability

I understand that membership in TCPP is personal to me and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual.

• No Guarantee of Event Access

I understand that membership does not guarantee access to all events, programs, or services, and that availability may be limited by capacity, safety considerations, or other factors.

• Communication Consent

I consent to receive communications from TCPP related to membership, events, safety updates, and organizational matters. I may opt out of non‑essential communications at any time.

• Right to Revoke or Deny Membership

I acknowledge that TCPP reserves the right to deny or revoke membership in accordance with its bylaws, ammendments, safety policies, and community standards.

• Accuracy & Truthfulness
