Title Sponsor - $6,000 (one available)
The Title Sponsor receives their name and logo alongside the NCCCAR logo and event title as well as logo placement on all event emails, agenda, flyers, the NCCCAR website, and on general session event slides. Additional advertisement opportunities include an 8-minute presentation during the general session, post-event access to attendee first/last name and email, a full-page ad in the event book, an XL table space in a prime location for the duration of the event, and 3 social posts. Up to 8 registrations are complimentary with this package.
Gold Sponsor - $4,000
All Gold Sponsors receive their logo placement on all event emails, agenda, flyers, the NCCCAR website, and on general session event slides. Additional advertisement opportunities include a 5-minute presentation during the general session, post-event access to attendee first/last name and email, a half-page ad in the event book, tabling space in a prime location for the duration of the event, and 2 social posts. Up to 6 registrations are complimentary with this package.
Silver Sponsor - $2,000
All Silver Sponsors receive their logo on all event emails, the NCCCAR website, and on general session event slides. Additional advertisement opportunities include a quarter-page ad in the event book, tabling space for the duration of the event, and 1 social post. Up to 4 registrations are complimentary with this package.
Bronze Sponsor - $1,000
All Bronze Sponsors receive their logo on all event emails, the NCCCAR website, general session event slides, and the event book, and are provided tabling space for the duration of the event. Up to 2 registrations are complimentary with this package.
Table Sponsor - $500 or Local Sponsor - $300
All Table or Local Sponsors receive tabling space for the duration of the event. Up to 2 registrations are complimentary with this package. Local Sponsors must be based in Guilford County, NC.
Notes
All sponsors will be provided with a simple sponsorship agreement outlining and confirming both entities' responsibilities and obligations. Sponsorship cycles are April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027, beginning at receipt of payment. Payment options include invoice through GiveButter, physical check, or direct deposit.
