Apothecary Orders
Order from Ember's Apothecary
I fill orders weekly on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays. Place your order by 9am Atlantic time Wednesday for your order to be filled.

Payment:

I'll send an invoice via email usually on the day I fill orders - Sometimes invoices are delayed up to 1 week, please wait for the invoice to pay. Payment can be made via e-transfer to ember@wildcurrentherbalism.com (preferred), credit or debit.

Delivery:

Bridgetown orders will be delivered every 2-4 weeks when someone is making the trip. Halifax orders will be delivered weekly to a local shop (I will let you know soon!), unless otherwise arranged. I will text you when your order is ready for pick-up.

Shipping is available across Canada.
To order from Ember's apothecary, you have to be a client or sign up as a client member of the apothecary. If you are not yet a client of Ember's or a client member of the apothecary, please go to to this link to sign up - it's free!

Instructions for everyone - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
1. To order single herbs separately, please give the name of the herb (latin binomial preferred) and the amount you want in mls or grams. Specify the part of the plant, and the type of preparation: bulk (cut/sliced or c/s), tincture, glycerite, or powder.

Sizes of bulk herb are: 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g (if supply allows)

Sizes of tinctures are: 30ml, 50ml, 100m, 250ml (if supply allows)

Examples:

Marshmallow root c/s 100g

Tilia / linden tincture 50ml

2. To order a formula you've previously had filled, please give the number of the formula, and the size of the refill. If you don't have the bottle/bag with the number, please give some information to specify. If you don't have the formula number, please be as specific as possible so we fill the correct formula.

Examples:

#10 digestive tea, 100g

Most recent tonic with motherwort and reishi added, 250ml

3. to order a new formula, please list each herb in the formula (latin binomial preferred) and the total amount in mls or grams.

For bulk formulas, herbs must add up to 50, 100g, 200g or 300g

For tincture formulas, herbs must add up to 30ml, 50ml, 100ml or 250ml

Specify the part of the plant, and the type of preparation: bulk (cut/sliced or c/s), tincture, glycerite, or powder, whenever applicable.

Include any instructions you want written on the bottle (dosage, etc), up to 10 words maximum.

Heart Support

Crataegus berry 50

Tilia 25

Rosa glycerite 20

Cinnamomum 5

=100mls

Take 4 mls as needed up to 3x/day

Accessibility Fund

There is an accessibility fund available for discounts if needed in order to access your herbs. Discounts are prioritized for low-income long term clients of Ember's, but other discounts will be considered if the funds are available. The maximum amount for discounts is 50% off, up to $40 per order.
