Exhibitor Sponsorship and Prize Donation

ASDWA Annual Conference: 2026

ASDWA welcomes organizations to sponsor food functions and to donate prizes for drawings in the exhibit area. Both full and partial sponsorships are welcome. Please complete this form and submit by October 9, 2026.

Sponsorship

The benefits of sponsorship vary depending on which sponsorhsip you select. To learn more about what your sponsorship gets you, view the Sponsor Prospectus here.

All sponsors will receive a poster-sized sign displayed during the sponsored function and acknowledgment in the agenda and exhibitor brochure, and a listing on ASDWA's website and through ASDWA's Weekly Update newsletter.

Sponsors may select from the following food functions:

Prizes

Types of prizes will be at the discretion of the donor. However, ASDWA reserves the right to review all submissions. A validation system will be set up so that registrants will be required to visit each exhibitor booth to validate their ticket to be eligible for prizes. Exhibitors are not eligible to win prizes.
