  • Lead the Experience: Facilitate at Common Core Virtual Boot Camp

The Common Core Virtual Boot Camp (May 9 & May 16) is designed to be more than just another online event; it’s a dynamic, immersive professional learning experience built to inspire, equip, and energize educators. Powered by our state-of-the-art conference platform, this is not a traditional virtual session. Facilitators and participants engage in a highly interactive environment that supports real-time collaboration, breakout experiences, networking, and hands-on learning, creating the feel of a true live conference, reimagined for the virtual space.

Our facilitators are at the heart of what makes Common Core Boot Camp impactful and successful. We don’t believe in “sit and get” sessions.  Every workshop is designed to be high-energy, engaging, and immediately applicable. As a facilitator, you’ll lead an experience that empowers participants with practical strategies they can use right away. We are looking for educators who bring expertise, creativity, and passion, and who are committed to delivering interactive, meaningful, and results-driven sessions that leave a lasting impact.

  • Common Core Virtual Boot Camp Format

  • The Common Core Virtual Boot Camp is designed around a dynamic dual-strand format, creating a collaborative space where professionals from across the entire school ecosystem can learn, connect, and grow together. By running parallel strands for both leadership and classroom practice, the program ensures that every participant, whether shaping strategy or delivering instruction, engages in targeted, high-impact learning while remaining aligned with a shared vision for school improvement.

The School Leadership Strand focuses on the systems, strategy, and vision required to drive sustainable success. Participants engage in key streams, including:

    • Career and College Guidance
    • Culture, Inclusion and Community Engagement
    • Instructional Leadership and Teacher Development
    • Leading in the Age of AI
    • Remote Leadership and Management
    • Strategic Improvement and School Growth

In parallel, the Educators Strand empowers teachers with actionable, classroom-focused expertise through streams such as:

    • Curriculum Design and Mapping
    • ELL (English Language Learners)
    • Inclusion for All
    • Innovation, Technology and AI
    • Math and Science Concepts
    • Remote Learning and Assessment Strategies
    • Student and Staff Well-being

Together, this dual-strand approach creates a uniquely powerful professional learning experience, bridging leadership and instruction, fostering alignment across roles, and enabling schools to move forward cohesively in an increasingly complex educational landscape.
