Submitting this form does not guarantee your event date. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by Moments in Motion 360 prior to payment.
I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure my event date. My booking is not confirmed until availability has been verified and the deposit has been received. Deposit will be applied towards the total balance.
Payment should not be sent until an invoice or confirmation message has been provided.

Travel fees may apply for events outside of the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area. Events within 20 miles are included. Additional distance may include a travel fee.

Travel fees will be calculated based on distance and confirmed prior to booking

Final pricing will be provided based on design, size, mileage and setup requirements.

Safety & Liability Agreement

Client understands that the 360 photo booth involves standing on a moving platform and agrees to follow all instructions provided by the attendant.

Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests, including children, follow safety guidelines while using the equipment.

Moments in Motion 360 is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that occur due to misuse, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe behavior.

The company reserves the right to stop services at any time if guests are acting in an unsafe manner. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

By signing below, the client accepts full responsibility for their guests’ actions and agrees to these terms.

Damage & Equipment Responsibility

Client agrees to be fully responsible for any damage to Moments in Motion 360 equipment caused by themselves or their guests during the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by misuse, negligence, rough behavior, or failure to follow instructions.

In the event of damage, the client agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs.

Moments in Motion 360 reserves the right to immediately stop services if equipment is being misused or is at risk of damage. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
