  • Pickleball Experience Breakdown

    • 1.0 – 2.0: Beginner
      • Just starting out and learning the rules and scoring. Limited experience with court positioning and shot techniques.
    • 2.5: Advanced Beginner
      • Able to sustain short rallies. Understands basic rules and positioning. Working toward more consistent serves and returns.
    • 3.0: Intermediate
      • Can hit forehands, backhands, and volleys with some consistency. Beginning to use dinks and third-shot drops, though not consistently. Developing an understanding of court strategy, including positioning and stacking.
    • 3.5: Intermediate Plus
      • Improved consistency with shot placement and control. Able to sustain longer rallies and execute dinks, drops, and drives more effectively. Developing stronger strategy and communication in doubles play.
    • 4.0: Advanced Intermediate
      • Demonstrates a good variety of shots, including spins and pace changes. Consistent soft game and third-shot drops. Effectively controls pace, places shots well, and minimizes unforced errors. Strong court positioning and partner communication.
    • 4.5: Advanced
      • High-level control, power, and shot placement. Anticipates opponents’ shots and adapts strategy quickly. Consistently executes advanced techniques, including Ernes and ATPs (around-the-post shots).
    • 5.0+: Expert/Pro Level
      • Mastery of all shot types, strategy, and court positioning. Competes at top amateur or professional levels. Exhibits elite athleticism with very few unforced errors and highly precise execution.
