  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Prepare and serve food according to food safety guidelines
    • Operate the cash register
    • Stock the concession stand with food and other items
    • Take inventory of food and other items
    • Making bags of ice
    • Emptying trash from the concession stand and/or pool grounds
    • Additional duties as assigned by a pool manager and/or HHRC trustee

     

    General Expectations include, but are not limited to, the following:

    HHRC employees are representatives of the HHRC and are expected to set a good example and be good role models. The HHRC expects employees to treat patrons with respect. HHRC employees are not permitted to use offensive language or act inappropriately while on the pool grounds - this applies to whether employees are working or at the pool on a day off. Employees are expected to arrive for their scheduled shift on time and to work the duration of their shift unless instructed otherwise. Employees are responsible for updating the scheduling system with their work availability. If an employee is unable to work their scheduled hours, the employee is responsible for securing a sub to work the shift. The employee is expected to communicate the change to a pool manager and/or the HHRC trustees who manage the concession stand.
