    • Submissions open April 1.
    • Submissions are due by May 12.
    • Speakers will be notified by June 5.
    • Presenters will be allotted 45 minutes, including time for Q&A.

We are seeking presentation proposals only for the following track themes:

    • Applied Technologies
    • Security & Risk
    • Tools for Growth

We welcome all session ideas in formats including roundtables, traditional presentations, collaborative workshops, and panel discussions. If selected, you may be asked to combine with other presenters and/or bring in additional speakers.

Please only complete when you are ready to submit as you will not be able to save nor return to partially-completed submissions. A maximum of 2 proposal submissions per individual/company will be permitted.

Your proposals will be evaluated based on relevance, clarity, and alignment with the event’s objectives. Selected speakers will receive complimentary registration to IANA’s Intermodal EXPO 2026.

We look forward to your valuable contributions to this event and to an impactful conference!

Proposals promoting tools, products, or services available for purchase by EXPO attendees are NOT eligible for consideration through this process and will NOT be considered. Instead, exhibitors are encouraged to submit a Dialogue Box proposal detailing a case study presentation. That submission process opens May 18.
