Dream Summit 2026: Contribution & Co-Sponsorship Form

There are moments where we are called not just to attend, but to contribute. On July 10th in Chicago, Groove Phi Groove Social Fellowship, Inc. will host the Dream Summit, an intentional gathering designed to pour into the next generation through mentorship, exposure, and real community impact. This is more than a summit. It is a reflection of who we are, what we stand for, and the responsibility we carry to build forward. Your contribution directly supports the experiences, resources, and environment that will shape how these young individuals see themselves, and what they believe is possible. All contributions of $150 or more will be recognized as community service hours for your chapter, allowing you to give back while staying aligned with our mission of service and impact. This is your opportunity to be counted, not just as present, but as purposeful.
