  • VFW Auxiliary Spring Craft & Vendor Show Application

  • Booth Details:

    • Each space is 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep
    • Includes one 8-foot table and two chairs
    • Outside tables and chairs are not permitted
    • Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
    • Payment must be received to confirm your space

  • Note: Electrical access is limited. Vendors must bring their own heavy-duty extension cords.

  • Raffle Donation Requirement:

  • All vendors are required to provide a raffle item valued at $15 or more prior to the start of the event. The item should reflect the type of products you'll be selling at your booth. Please note that raffle donations are non-refundable
  • once submitted.
    Raffle items must be turned in on the morning of the event. If no item is
    received, a $15 fee will be added to your balance.

  • Application & Acceptance

    • Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor space.
    • Space is limited, and past participation does not guarantee acceptance.
    • If accepted, you will receive an email. Please RSVP within 7 days to confirm your spot.
  • Fees

    • Payment is due with your application.
    • If not accepted, your payment will be refunded.
    • Once accepted, all payments are non-refundable.
    • No table changes will be allowed after acceptance.
  • Set-Up & Tear-Down

    • Set-up is Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. No early or late set-up allowed.
    • Event hours are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Vendors must stay for the full event.
    • Tear-down must be completed by 4:45 PM. Please clean your area before leaving.
    • Vendors who leave early may not be invited back.
  • Booth Guidelines

    • Booth spaces are limited to 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep. All displays, signage, and freestanding backdrops must remain within your designated area and must not extend into neighboring spaces.
    • No modifications to the venue (e.g., drilling, nailing, taping) are allowed.
    • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused.
  • Prohibited Items & Activities

    • No political items or party-affiliated merchandise may be sold or displayed.
    • No raffle ticket sales.
    • No smoking on VFW property except in the designated picnic area.
  • Vendor Responsibility

    • Vendors are responsible for their own property, staff, and helpers.
    • The VFW is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury.
  • Taxes

    • Vendors are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
  • Parking

    • After unloading, please park in the Regency Point Shopping Center (across the street) or along the back fence facing Anthony's.
  • Communication

    • All updates will be sent via email. Add VFWAuxEvents@gmail.com to your safe sender list. Check your spam box!
  • Promotion

    • Help us spread the word! Flyers will be emailed to you. Feel free to share them online or at other events.
  • Waiver of Liability

  • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Lockport VFW Post 5788, its representatives, and staff from any claims or liabilities related to your participation, including loss, damage, theft, or injury.
