*Gear: All that’s required is to bring clothes you feel comfortable moving in, and water. If you plan to wear shoes in the studio, please make sure they are non-marking, indoor-use-only shoes. You are also welcome to train barefoot or in socks.

**The practice swords are provided to borrow each class, and if you find one you feel particularly drawn to you can feel free to purchase it for $40 at any time 🗡️ 🙏🏽
