Accessibility & Space: To ensure the safety of our team and the best service for your guests, our coffee cart requires a flat, paved surface (no gravel or stairs). We need a minimum space of 8x8 ft to set up comfortably.
Weather: For the protection of our equipment and the quality of your drinks, we cannot set up in direct sunlight or rain. Please ensure a covered or shaded area is available.
Power Requirements: Our espresso machines are high-powered! We require access to a dedicated 110v outlet within 50 feet of our setup location.
Mission & Values: Cup Runneth Over is a faith-based business dedicated to raising awareness for human trafficking by serving only fair trade coffee and tea. We reserve the right to decline service for events that are inconsistent with our Christian beliefs and mission.
Deposit & Contract: Submitting this form is an inquiry and does not guarantee your date. A non-refundable deposit and a signed Service Agreement are required to officially book your event.
