RULES: 

1. Date : Friday, May 1st 2026 | Time: 5.30pm onwards | Venue : Namma Periyava Kovil
2. Participants of all ages with very good kolam experience are welcome.
3. Please follow the RULES below:
   
   1. A color kolam (rangoli) is required.
   2. Participants must bring their own kolam powder and rangoli colors.
   3. Each participant will be assigned a 5 ft × 5 ft outdoor space on an asphalt surface.
   4. The kolam design must be at least 3 ft × 3 ft in size.
   5. The entire kolam must be created solely by the registered participant and may have one person as helper. Assistance from others is not permitted.
   6. At the completion of the kolam, during the display session, each participant should briefly explain in few sentences how their rangoli design connects to the festival “Pravaham.”
   7. Rain Dates:
      First rain date: May 2, 2026
      Second rain date: May 3, 2026
      If the event is moved to a rain date, the timing will be communicated separately.

3. Registration closes: April 23rd, 2026. Registered participants will receive more details before April 28th 2026.
