Hidden Gems: The Shortlist

Instead of strangers showing up and hoping for the best, this one’s built on a simple idea:

every woman brings a great guy.

A friend. A brother. A coworker.

Someone you genuinely think is a catch (even if he feels more like family to you).

🍷 The plan:
A cozy, small-group hang over cocktails, mocktails, and board games (4-8 people total)
No speed dating. No pressure. Just good people, good wine, and easy conversation.

💫 How it works:
• Your ticket covers you + your guy
• Each woman brings someone she vouches for
• The group hangs, sips, and gets to know each other naturally

You can join the waitlist for a solo spot.

Occasionally, we invite in men who’ve been personally recommended or vetted by women in our community — so the energy still stays intentional.

 What if I'm a guy that wants to sign up?

Lovely! Guys are welcome to sign up with a friend of the opposite gender. For this particular event, your gal friend should be the one who fills the form out.

If you don't have any single lady friends/coworkers/etc in your life, that's ok! Reach out to speedatela@gmail.com to request a vetting proccess by our matchmaker.

 

PRICING:

Sign up with your friend of the opposite gender for $30 to cover both of you. Drinks are paid separately and purchased directly with the venue.

Or get on the waitlist for a solo ticket, which is $20 per person.

 

How Does After Care Work?

After the experience, contact info will be emailed out amongs the ladies only. If you are intruiged about one of the guests one of the ladies brought, shoot her a note and ask her to make the intro!

If any of the guys attended solo, the matchmaker will facilitate the intro for you. 

 

Important Attendance Policy

Because this is a small, curated group experience, each ticket is part of a carefully balanced dynamic.

Tickets are sold as pairs, and both guests are expected to attend.

All tickets are non-refundable. 

If one guest in your pair can’t make it:

You’re welcome to transfer the spot to a friend (ideally someone who fits the spirit of the event).

You are responsible for finding a replacement for your guest so you can still attend as a pair (two singles of opposite genders)

If you’re no longer able to come as a pair, you may be asked sit this one out in order to keep the gender ratio balanced. If that happens, you'll  receive a 50% credit toward a future “Hidden Gems” event

Please note:

Credits are only available if we’re notified at least 72 hours in advance

Cancellations within 72 hours of the event:

Spots are considered final and cannot be transferred or credited. Last-minute changes may affect the group dynamic, and we can’t guarantee adjustments.

We keep these gatherings intentionally small, and each person plays a role in making the experience great for everyone so we appreciate you treating your spot with care 💫
