    Your travel details help us coordinate group transportation and ensure everyone arrives on time.

  • Travel Info

    If you are flying, you will fly into St. Louis Lambert International Airport. We will meet as a group at Grace Church before driving to camp LEAVING PROMPTLY AT 3PM. Your flight must land by 2:00 pm in order to ride with the group to camp. HD will provide 2-3 group pick up times at the airport (times TBD) to shuttle people flying in over to Grace Church, or you may opt to Uber yourself. After camp we will do an Airport drop-off at 3:00pm Sunday. Plan your departing flight accordingly or you will need to secure your own transportation from camp to the airport roughly an hour away.

    This registration lets us know your intention to come to HopeCon and to plan for you being there, as there is limited space. 

    After submitting this registration form, you will receive an email that contains confirmation of your registration to HopeCon and a link to our secure ticketing portal. When you are ready to pay, follow the provided link to purchase your ticket. Be sure to include the name of who the ticket is for, so that we can match your payment with your registration form.

    Your ticket must be purchased by September, 1st 2026 to guarantee your spot at HopeCon. (unless you have made an individual arrangement with the HD Admin team)

    **Please reach out to an Admin if you need to discuss special payment circumstances. We want everyone who wants to attend to be able to come and we will try to work with you.**

  • By registering for HopeCon 2026, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Voluntary Participation
    I am voluntarily choosing to attend and participate in HopeCon 2026 and its activities.

    2. Personal Responsibility
    I understand that I am responsible for my own actions, behavior, safety, and well-being during the event.

    3. Assumption of Risk
    I understand that participation in an in-person event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, and interaction with others, and I accept those risks.

    4. Health Responsibility
    I understand that I am responsible for managing my own health, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications, during the event.

    5. Conduct & Compliance
    I agree to follow all event guidelines and instructions provided by Hopeful Disasters staff and volunteers and to conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner.

    6. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Hopeful Disasters, its directors, staff, and volunteers are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during or in connection with the event.

    If I have any concerns, questions, or need assistance during the event, I will communicate with event staff.

    Hopeful Disasters reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with event expectations.
