Stephenson County Fair Pageant – Junior Miss Division Rules, Requirements & Acknowledgement

Please read ALL rules carefully before proceeding. Required for all applications to be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Contestants must meet the age requirements for the Junior Miss division.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be a resident of Stephenson County, Illinois OR attend a Stephenson County school.
Contestants may not hold another current pageant title.
Parent or legal guardian consent is required.

GENERAL RULES
Contestants must demonstrate good character and sportsmanship.
Social media and public behavior should reflect positively on the pageant.

PAGEANT PARTICIPATION
Contestants will participate in:
Personal Interview
On-Stage Presentation
Speech/Communication
Crown Bowl Questions

REHEARSALS & COMMITMENT
Rehearsals are required and schedules will be provided.
Attendance is important; excessive absences may result in disqualification.

CLOTHING & APPEARANCE
Contestants must wear appropriate attire for each category.
Outfits may require approval by the Pageant Director.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Judges’ decisions are final.
Scores will not be released after the pageant.
