Awards Nomination Form
Please nominate a deserving candidate for each award category listed in the drop-down below. The deadline to receive nominations is April 20, 2026. Award recipients and their guests must be registered for the installation of officers banquet and awards ceremony on June 9, 2026 where all awards will be presented. All licensees who are nominated for and qualify as a Golden Licensee will receive an award for their many years of service. Awards will be presented at the Installation/Awards Banquet at the VFDA Annual Convention on June 9, 2026. The VFDA Executive Committee will select the recipients of the other award categories from the nominations received as follows: Virginia Funeral Director of the Year; Intern of the Year; Rookie of the Year; and Virginia Funeral Supplier of the Year. All nominees must work for a member company of the VFDA.
