Fill out this form to reserve your spot in our school holiday workshop. Programs begin at 9.00am daily with drop off available from 8.45am onwards. Programs finish at 3.00pm with pick up before 3.15pm. Please provide a packed lunch and morning tea for your dancer. (No nuts please). IMPORTANT; Photos will be taken throughout the day to share with families, if you would prefer no photos are taken of your child please let us know below as well as when signing in on the day.
