JAZZLE DAZZLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS • By signing up to Jazzle Dazzle, all students must attend our school of Dance only. Many other schools provide alternative teaching methods, therefore, for confidentiality, risk assessment, teaching methods, priority, and loyalty, we can only allow recruits to learn directly from our highly qualified professional team. The exception to this is workshops by leading choreographers and any credited gymnastics clubs • Jazzle Dazzle attire and correct grooming should always be applied. We are an elite British Association School, and we are All-Star. We take it very seriously that all students represent these high standards.• Fees must always be paid within the 10 days of the due date and thereafter a £5 late levy is charged. Fees are non-refundable, and all classes missed are still charged.• Costume and uniform orders – These are measured and ordered through our suppliers. Once costumes are paid for and ordered, they are non-refundable. This includes class uniforms, we can exchange but not refund.• As we are a credited BATD school, we follow all rules and restrictions in our classes. Parents and non-disclosed persons are not permitted to remain in the teaching hall at any time. A settling child will be gently encouraged to remain with teaching staff while parent waits outside to ensure they are settling well. Please do not worry, your children are in the best hands.• It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure all our documented information (such as contact numbers and addresses are correct)• Any absences should be mailed in to alert a member of our team, as well as parents running late for collection. If a strange person will be collecting a child, please alert a member of the team.• Our Grievances Policy details that, any parent with any issues and concerns over any matter within Jazzle dazzle (other parents, students, teaching methods, staff etc) must arrange an appointment to speak to the school’s principal. We will not tolerate any inappropriate and negative behaviours from any persons at our club, we will also not tolerate any slandering social media posts complaining over decisions we make as a company- by doing so you will risk immediate removal from the club. It is crucial to Jazzle Dazzle that everyone is comfortable within our environment. We hope to resolve any issues professionally, positively and ensure you are happier than ever• On the very unlikely event we are required to close the studio due to weather inclement , any acts of God , any hazardous conditions in the studio, JD cannot and will not refund these classes. Please note its very unlikely to happen.• Our seasonal timetable is subject to change should there be any circumstances that lead us to doing this. We always try to keep it the same for a season however circumstances may mean it will need to.
