Please note any dietary requirements below for your group and confirm if it is an allergy or preference. If allergy: include allergy severity level (mild, moderate, severe), special precautions, and any additional details. For any allergies include the participants name.
All food items will be labeled and allergies will be noted to the hotel.
ADA Accommodation Request for any participants in your group. Please list as many details as possible with the required needs so we can accommodate you throughout the conference. Include the participants name with any requests.
Each participant is required to have an individual registration. Viewing of the live material by multiple attendees is prohibited. Consequences of misconduct may include removal from the event and restrictions from future events. SOCRA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by SOCRA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. SOCRA and our affiliates may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by SOCRA including but not limited to: marketing materials, future conference outreach, brochures, websites, social media platforms, videos, etc.*
Group Registration for the 2026 Annual Conference can receive a 50% refund if request is received in writing prior to August 23,2026. SOCRA is an educational non-profit membership organization (corporation) - Federal Tax ID #61 1208981.
