Registration information for ATIH Workshop:
The workshop includes:
- Full ATIH workshop (+ New exercises from FOL3 update in 2026)
- Mindfold eye meditation mask for new participants: www.mindfold.com
(Repeaters please bring your Mindfold Meditation Mask with you).
Workshop fee:
5-day workshop fee: 555 EUR
5-day workshop fee for repeating students: 499 EUR
If you want to register, please pay a deposit of 250 EUR.
Afterwards, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail.
You'll also receive an email once the workshop is confirmed.
Payment details you'll receive after registering.
Accommodation and meals are not included in the price.

The workshop will be held in Elmstein, Germany | Seminarhaus SandsteinHof (Leben ist Jetzt GmbH, Dorfstraße 97, 67471 Elmstein – Iggelbach).

Preparations:
- What to bring to the workshop: a blanket, possibly meditation pillow, water bottle, pen, notepad.
- Please wear comfortable clothes.
- After the workshop Lu Ka will send the most important exercises via e-mail.

Schedule:
Wednesday (Day 1): 15:00 – 18:30
Thursday – Saturday: 09:00 – 18:30
Sunday (Last day): 09:00 – 12:00
- Please arrive 30 minutes early on Wednesday for registration.
- There will be at least 3 breaks per day.
- We recommend staying close to the workshop room during the breaks. This keeps everyone in their energy flow.
- Daily participation in the workshop is necessary for you and for the other participants. There are many exercises in pairs. The whole workshop takes place in a relaxed atmosphere. This is ensured by Lu Ka.

With signing up to the workshop you also agree that NO RECORDING of the workshop is allowed whatsoever.
However, LuKa will provide guided meditations for you to listen after the workshop.
