1. Clinical Care
Coastal Private GP and Aesthetics will provide medical services in accordance with current best practice and relevant clinical guidelines. All clinicians practise in line with the General Medical Council’s Duties of a Doctor and will only provide care that is clinically appropriate and safe.
2. Choice of Doctor
Patients may be seen by any Coastal Private GP. Where possible, preferences for a specific doctor will be accommodated but cannot be guaranteed. You are not permitted to see a Coastal GP that works at your registered NHS surgery
3. Membership Term and Payment
All membership plans are subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
Membership fees may be paid:
Monthly by Direct Debit, or
Annually in advance
By selecting monthly payments, you are committing to the full 12-month contract term.
4. Availability of Service
Coastal Private GP does not provide 24-hour medical care. Members will be informed of clinic opening hours. Outside of these times, patients should contact NHS 111, their NHS GP, or attend Accident & Emergency where appropriate. Members are strongly advised to remain registered with an NHS GP. Whilst we try our hardest to accommodate members who need urgent appointments there is no guarantee of appointment availability.
5. Renewal and Plan Changes
Memberships automatically renew annually unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Requests to change membership level must be made prior to the renewal date.
6. Definition of a Child
For the purpose of your membership a child is defined as an individual under the age of 18 years. Upon reaching their 18th birthday, the individual will be reclassified as an adult member, and the applicable adult membership fee will apply from the next billing date.
7. Family Membership
Includes:
12 x 20-minute GP consultations per year
Cover for 2 named adults and their children under 18 at the same address
Priority access
Free Flu vaccine for adults
Free repeat prescriptions
Free referrals
Email access to a GP
10% off aesthetics, laboratory fees, joint injections, smears, dermatology appointments, minor surgery appointments, coil fits
Appointments can be switched for menopause packages ( 3 appointments for full package but can be booked ad hoc)
Free Travel consults, all vaccines chargeable at full price
8. Gold Membership
Includes:
9 x 20-minute GP consultations per year
Priority access
Annual health check (including blood tests, BP, urine)
Free repeat prescriptions
Free email access to a GP
Free referrals
Free Flu vaccine for adults
Appointments can be switched for menopause packages (3 appointments for full package but can be booked ad hoc)
10% off aesthetics, laboratory fees, joint injections, smears, dermatology appointments, minor surgery appointments, coil fits
Free Travel consults, all vaccines chargeable at full price
9. Silver Membership
Includes:
6 x 20-minute GP consultations per year
Priority access to appointments
Free repeat prescriptions
Free Flu vaccine for adults
Free referrals
Email access to a GP
Appointments can be switched for menopause packages (3 appointments for full package but can be booked ad hoc)
10% off aesthetics, laboratory fees, joint injections, smears, dermatology appointments, minor surgery appointments, coil fits
Free Travel consults, all vaccines chargeable at full price
If a member uses all their allocated appointments additional appointments are charged at £79
10. Additional Costs
Laboratory tests, imaging, medications, and external services are charged separately. Patients will always be informed of costs before proceeding.
11. Cancellation Policy
Memberships are subject to a minimum 12-month contract.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted within the initial 12-month term.
After the initial 12 months, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Cancellation will take effect at the next billing cycle following the notice period.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Coastal Private GP in exceptional circumstances (e.g. death).
Coastal Private GP reserves the right to terminate membership immediately in cases of:
Abusive or threatening behaviour
Breakdown of the doctor–patient relationship
Unreasonable use of services
