Part B - Trade Mission Funding & Participation Fee
CanExport Funding Overview (OCNI Members)

CanExport funding is available for OCNI members. Up to 50% of eligible costs will be reimbursed, based on the following expense caps:

Romania Mission
Economy Airfare (Canada → Romania): $2,370 per company
Hotel & Meals: $600/day | 3 days
Local Transportation $50/day | 3 days

Poland Mission
Economy Airfare (Romania → Poland): $800 per company
Economy Airfare (Poland → Canada): $4,550 per company
Hotel & Meals: $600/day | 3 days
Local Transportation (Taxis): $50/day | 3 days

Please Note

The Embassies of Canada to Romania and to Poland are not responsible for hotel bookings, but can offer information on the hotels you can use for accommodation, which were arranged with preferential ratings by the Embassies of Canada to the two host countries.
A Participation Fee of $2500 is payable to: Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries, OCNI, 1550 Kingston Road, Suite 219, Pickering, Ontario, L1V 1C3
This fee encompasses the expenses for local bus transportation and administrative services necessary for the efficient planning and execution of the mission.

The Embassy of Canada to Poland will organize site visits of major nuclear energy suppliers: EPG, AIC, Rockfin, Mostostal Siedlce, APS Energia (company profiles attached) to connect Canadian companies with Polish suppliers to discuss business in Poland and globally.
