Applecroft Catering has curated an exciting, locally sourced seasonal menu just for us. You'll enjoy small bites of passed appetizers and a delicous grazing table with various in-season farm-to-table food options along with desserts to suit any sweet tooth!

Herring Gut Educators and student ambassadors will be on site with marine animals.

We are hosting a live auction featuring beautiful one of a kind art and curated excursions. We will collect payments with a check or credit card at the end of the auction. Funds raised are crucial to helping Herring Gut Coastal Science Center fulfill our mission.

Attire

Summer casual cocktail attire. August in Maine is known for warm days, cool evenings, and the occasional quick-moving storms to break the humidity, so please come prepared for it all. The barn and tent will provide ample coverage in case of rain.
