Bulk Registration Quote Request – Important Policy Notice

This form is for quote requests only and is intended to support chapters that are seeking approval or funding from a third party (such as a school or sponsor).

Submitting this form does not reserve registrations, confirm pricing, or guarantee availability.

When to Use This Form

Chapters should submit a Quote Request if:

A third party (school, college, sponsor) will be paying, or funding has not yet been secured.

* Quote requests are provided to help prevent over‑purchasing and allow chapters to confirm funding prior to committing.

Important Quote Request Guidelines

• Quote requests are non‑binding.
• Registrations are not held or reserved.
• Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Submitting a quote request does not create an invoice.

Next Step: Bulk Registration Request (Commitment)
Once funding is secured, chapters must submit a Bulk Registration Request Form to proceed.

Please note:

• Submission of a Bulk Registration Request triggers invoice creation.
• Registration quantities are final once submitted.
• Bulk registrations cannot be reduced.
• Bulk registrations are non‑refundable.
• Because SHPE provides a Quote Request process, chapters are responsible for confirming funding and finalizing their attendee count before submitting a Bulk Registration Request.

Additional Notes:
All requests must be submitted through the official SHPE request forms (JotForm).
Requests submitted outside of the official form will not be processed.
Registration fees are based on membership status at the time of registration and are not adjusted after submission.
