I grant permission to the organizers to reproduce, display, and publish the image and details for the purposes of the streetlight banner program and related promotional materials, including social media, website, and print.

I understand that the submitted photograph and information will be displayed publicly on streetlight banners for approximately three (3) weeks up to and including the November 11th remembrance period.

I acknowledge that the final banner design, including layout, cropping, and formatting, is at the discretion of the organizers to ensure consistency and quality across the program.

I understand that the street light banner will be retained by the organizers for a period of five (5) years, after which it will be returned to the submitter or designated family member.
