  • RBC Seasonal Visitor Office Notification

    The Seasonal that will host visiting guest(s) at their site are required to fill out this form which will notify the office, giving the office permission to hand out one of your two available complimentary car passes. The passes will be given to the visiting guest(s) listed on this form - ONLY if - the Seasonal has "checked-in" for the same dates / duration as the expected visiting guest(s). Persons will not be allowed to use a seasonal visitor car tag if they are not listed filled on the form. Visitor Guest(s) MUST still stop in the RBC Office, registering by signing in all persons in the vehicle and retrieving one of your two available complimentary car passes. Please note * visiting guests pets are not allowed on RBC property. Please, return the RBC Seasonal Car pass to the office on the guest departure or place in the drop box mounted near office doors.

      All guests will comply with RBC Rules & Policies
    • I understand that visitor guests are not allowed to bring pets into the campground
    • I understand that failure to properly register guests may result in denial of entry, additional fees, or loss of visitor privileges
    • I understand RBC reserves the right to limit, refuse, or revoke access to any guest at its discretion

      Recreational activities involve inherent risks, and I accept those risks
      Wisconsin Statute 895.525 limits campground liability
    • I am responsible for the supervision and safety of my guests
      RBC is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property
    • I grant permission for RBC to use photos and media of listed guests for promotional purposes.
    • Management reserves the right to enforce all rules for the safety and enjoyment of all guests and may remove any individual without refund if necessary.

    Please fill out this form to the best of your knowledge. Wis. Admin. Code § ATCP 79.24(2) states that the campground must maintain a written or electronic campground register that contains the name of each principal campsite occupant, this person's contact information, the person's arrival and departure dates, and the number of campers in the person's party.
