2027 Placemaking Partnership Application

The maximum grant funding possible is up to $7,500.
Grant funds must be used within the calendar year applied for.
Grant funds must be used on a project located on public-use land. Applications for projects on privately owned property will not be considered.
Grant funds are subject to availability and an application process through the National Association of Realtors.
