By submitting an event to be included in the Arts North West Heritage Month Program 2026, you agree to the following terms:
1. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided in this submission is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Arts North West reserves the right to edit event descriptions for clarity, consistency, and formatting.
2. Copyright & Permissions
You confirm that:
You have the right to use and submit all text, images, and materials provided
All content submitted does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party
Any identifiable individuals in images have given appropriate permission for their image to be used
Arts North West is not responsible for any copyright breaches resulting from submitted materials.
3. Use of Materials
By submitting this form, you grant Arts North West permission to:
Use, reproduce, and publish your event information and images
Promote your event across print, digital, and social media platforms
Include your event in the NENW Museums & Heritage Program and related marketing
4. Event Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for the planning, delivery, and management of your event. Arts North West is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues arising from your event
5. Program Inclusion
Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Arts North West reserves the right to:
Accept or decline event listings
Determine final program content and layout
6. Changes & Updates
It is the organiser’s responsibility to notify Arts North West of any changes to event details. While reasonable efforts will be made to update listings, changes may not always be reflected in printed materials.
7. Compliance
You agree that your event will comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety requirements, including any applicable permits or insurance.
