    Thank you for your interest in registering your student with the SYNC Community Learning Center Summer Program!

    Our summer program is FREE for rising 3rd - 12th grade students beginning June 1, 2026 - July 24, 2026. The program is from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Students can be dropped off as early as 7:00 am. Pick-up is at 6:00 pm sharp! Lunch is provided and field trips are scheduled weekly.

    Our daily schedule includes:
    7:00 - 8:00 AM Early Arrivals
    8:00 - 8:30 AM Breakfast
    8:30 - 11:00 AM Academic Hour (ELA, Reading, and Math)
    11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Team Hour
    12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch Hour
    1:00 - 2:30 PM STEAM 1 Hour (i.e. robotics, dance, sports, art, music, cooking, etc...)
    2:30 - 4:00 PM STEAM 2 Hour
    4:00 - 6:00 PM Extended Day Hour

    In support of the program, parents are asked to:
    - Attend parent orientation
    - Attend a parent workshop
    - Attend a one-on-one meeting concerning their child's progress
    - Participate in Family Community Service Day


    We primarily serve 3rd-12th grade students currently enrolled at Rowland Elementary School, DeKalb Preparatory Academy, Peachcrest Elementary School, Mary McLeod Bethune Middle School and Towers High School during the school year. For new registrations, parents will be notified if their students have been accepted by May 8.
