  • By signing this legally binding foster application, you, the undersigned, are stating that you are at least 21 years of age and that you fully understand that any misrepresentation of yourself and or any untruths made herein on this application and are discovered at a later date will invalidate any agreement.  It will also disqualify you from being an adopter or foster from Animal House Retail for Rescue and their programs and SafeHaven Animal Rescue Team will remove, without notice, any and all of our dogs from your care. 

    Also, by signing this application, you acknowledge that Animal House Retail for Rescue dba SafeHaven Animal Rescue Team will notify you of all known medical and behavioral issues; however, we cannot guarantee the health, temperament or any history of a foster dog/puppy.
