  • Travel Tip!

    When booking your flights, be sure to consider the event schedule and time zone difference. Grand Rapids, Michigan follows Eastern Time (ET). To ensure you arrive in time for the event's start, plan your arrival flight to land before the event's opening session and your departure flight to take off after the closing session. We suggest departures on Friday, October 2nd, after 2:00 pm ET. Please forward your flight details to Kasidee at kbigham@usafinancial.com. This will be used to notify the hotel of your arrival.
