Temple Music and Performing Arts invites actors ages 13+ to audition for The Addams Family Musical, hitting the stage June 25, 26, 27! (Age exceptions will be considered at the director's discretion.)

Audition Location
Temple Music & Performing Arts Studio on the campus of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 3641 N 56th St., Phoenix, AZ 85018. The studio is located to the right of the main church doors.
Production Fee due at registration:
$395
We accept cash, check or credit card. This is a no-cut performance.
Production Fees are non-refundable except in the case above.

Rehearsals & Performances
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church
IMPORTANT: We run rehearsals very efficiently in order to maintain a family-friendly schedule. Each rehearsal is important not only the success of the show but the experience of the actor. Actors are expected to make every effort to attend all rehearsals but will be able to submit "out dates" at auditions.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-8:00pm (Beginning May 26, 2026)
Saturdays 1:00-4:00pm
Mandatory Tech Week Rehearsals:
Saturday, (June 20) 9:00am-4:00pm
Monday-Wednesday, (June 22-24) 5:00-8:00pm
The first rehearsal is on Tuesday, May 26, 2026
What to Prepare
Approximately 1 minute of a musical theater or Disney song.
Bring sheet music or a karaoke version with no vocals on the track. We will have a bluetooth speaker and will help the actors connect.
Actors may be asked to cold read from the script.
What to Bring
A big smile!
Headshot- 5x7 or 8x10- this does not need to be professionally done. Home printer OK!
Resume- Include actor's name, age, height, school and parent/guardian email and phone. List previous performances at school or in theater; Add any training they may have had in voice, dance, or acting. List "Special Skills" like accents, acrobatics, juggling, silly faces. If this is the actor's first show ever, tell us that. We love new actors!!
In Person Auditions
Please select the 30-minute time frame on the day that works best for your schedule. The day before auditions you will be sent an email with a schedule indicating your 5-minute audition time slot within the time frame selected.
Video Auditions
If you would like to sign up for a video audition, please select the VIDEO AUDITIONS option and send in video audition by Monday, May 11 to templemusicstudios@gmail.com.
